YMCA of the Central Bay Area operates Head Start/Early Head Start centers in conjunction with Berkeley, Oakland, Richmond, and Hayward Unified School Districts.

You must meet income guidelines to be eligible.

You can download an Application or pick one up at the West Y office located at 2009 10th St. Berkeley, CA 94710.
