Head Start Program Details, hours, photos, information: East Palo Alto HS - IHSD

The Institute for Human and Social Development, Inc. (IHSD) operates Early Head Start/Head Start centers as well as a home-based program. To enroll we need the following information: Application, Proof of childs age (preferably Birth Certificate); Proof of income for each adult family member; Childs immunization records including: 3 Polio, 4DTP, 3Hep B, at least 1Hib, and 1MMR given on or after the first birthday.
