The Foundation for Early Childhood Education, Inc. (FECE) manages Head Start locations in Los Angeles. In order to be eligible you need the child's birth certificate, immunization record, the child must be 3 or 4 years old before December 2nd, address verification, and proof of income showing you meet the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
