What type of documentation do I need to apply for head start?
Something from job and family services showing proof of stamps that you receive, a copy of lease for proof of residency here in subsided housing through Hud, or may need an electric bill. Head Start will also ask for any custody papers for the kids, proof of income, child support print-outs, S.S. award letters, ID, Birth certificates, and S.S. cards for everyone whose living in the home. I am not sure what else they might ask for.
