Enrollment priorities are as follows: Returning StudentsLow Income FamiliesHigh Risk Children: single parents / foster children / living with grandparents / incarcerated parentsChildren of Leech Lake Tribal MembersChildren of other Federally Recognized TribesChildren eligible for kindergarten or who have not received Head Start servicesChildren of non-tribal membersChildren who turn three between September 1 - December 31.

Yes, regular head start classrooms are a free but if you need before and after care there is a fee
