      Trying to get child registered for head start

      I am about to move in a home on Allen rd east charlotte and i am looking to sign my 4 yr old up for head start. Now, he is already in a headstart program here in kinston nc called Greenlamp. How can i do an application to get him registered there for pk. he will be five 2/22.
