Neighborhood House Association (NHA) in conjunction with San Diego Unified School District (SDUSD) operates Head Start/Early Head Start centers as well as a home-based program in CA. NHA is currently taking applications for families interested in either Head Start or Early Head Start services. Families interested in applying can call 1-888-873-5145 or 858-496-8126.
