Head Start Program Details, hours, photos, information: AVANCE Wesley Early Head Start Center

All families wishing to enroll in Early Head Start must:

Be income eligible by meeting the requirements of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
Must live within the zip codes that are serviced: 77009, 77093, 77022 or PISD School Boundaries
Have up to date immunizations, well child exams and dental exams for the children applying.

They also reserve 10% of the enrollment for children with special needs and assist in providing or securing the proper resources to aid in the development and education of these children and their families.
