It is necessary to bring the following information to complete the application process:

Requirements:
Child's birth certificateChild's immunization recordMaine Care Card (if applicable)TANF statement (if applicable)4 consecutive pay stubs for all working members of the household (if applicable)Proof of household incomeSocial Security numbers for all members of the householdMaine Driver's license or State photo IDSchool schedules for any household member continuing their educationCopy of Child Support order (if applicable)Both Head Start and Early Head Start are federally funded programs for preschool children 0-5 years of age.
These programs are free of charge for income eligible families.
A sliding fee scale is in place for childcare services.
Children experience developmentally appropriate classroom activities to increase skills in learning, thinking and doing, social interactions, large and small muscle development, and daily health and nutrition routines.
