The Bison Center is located at 507 1st Ave. West in Bison, which is in Perkins County.

Badlands Head Start: Prenatal to Five also provides home-based services for Head Start and Early Head Start in Perkins County.

We will need to document the following information when you apply:1) Child's age - verified by birth certificate or medicaid card.2) Income of adults in the home - verified by last years tax statement or pay stub.
