Important Enrollment Information

When you complete an application you are asked to provide the following:

• Income Information
• Birth Certificate/RecordImmunization
• RecordEligibility Requirements

Eligibility:

• Children must be three years old by September 1 for the Head Pre-school program.
• Children should be four years old by September 1 to enroll in the PA Pre-K Counts program.
• Income is a factor in determining eligibility for both programs, but should not keep a family from applying
• Children must be three years old or younger
• You may be a pregnant mom for the Early Head Start program.
