    hi, i just recently moved to Canandaigua from Wilmington, NC and my daughter Jaycee, who just turned 2 on 09/01 qualified for speech therapy through NC because of her delayed speech. I am just wondering if this is where i would get in touch with to have her get that service. thank you, kaitlyn O'Dell 910-547-6260
