Head Start Program Details, hours, photos, information: Clinite CDC - TCOE

Tulare County Office of Education (TCOE) operates Head Start/Early Head Start/Migrant Head Start centers throughout Tulare County.

Applications must go through the Tulare County Centralized Eligibility List.

You can Apply Online, by phone at 559-651-3026, or in person at the administration office 7000 Doe Avenue, Suite C, Visalia, CA 93291, or at any of the centers.

Hours: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
