Head Start Program Details, hours, photos, information: Community Building
Eligibility UMOJA Head Start Academy enrolls children ages 3 to 5 years old.
As a federally funded program, they must enroll children who meet the Head Start family income guidelines.
The enrollment process includes, but is not limited to:
- Complete signed application
- Income verificationHealth record with immunization forms
- Parent and child Social Security cardsAddress verification
- Child's birth certificate
All families are selected based on the Ranking Criteria approved by the Baltimore City Head Start Policy Council.
The selected families are presented to the Selection Committee for its enrollment approval.
