The Foundation For Early Childhood Education, Inc. (FECE) manages Head Start locations in Los Angeles.

In order to be eligible you need the child's:

• Birth certificate
• Immunization record
• The child must be 3 or 4 years old before December 2nd
• Address verification
• Proof of income showing you meet the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
