Episcopal Community Services (ECS) has Head Start centers in
Chula Vista Imperial BeachNational City San Diego San Ysidro. If you are interested in enrolling you can call or walk-in to the center nearest you or email us at E2@ecscalifornia.org.
7am - 5:30pm 8am - 11:30am / 12:30pm - 4pm
