Monterey County Office of Education Head Start & Early Head Start Program serves children 0-5 years of age in partnership with two Delegate Agencies; Greenfield Unified School District (GUSD) and the Monterey Peninsula Unified School District (MPUSD). Head Start & Early Head Start services are available at no cost to income eligible families in Monterey County. Income eligibility is based on Federal Poverty Guidelines.
