Head Start Program Details, hours, photos, information: Hot Springs EHS Center

Please contact the EHS program in your area for specific information about how to enroll in your local Early Head Start.

Print and complete the applicable form. Fax or mail completed forms along with copies of the required documents (see application cover) to appropriate center.

The completed forms can also be delivered to either center during regular business hours, M-F 8:00-4:00.
