Howonquet Early Learning Program operates a Head Start center for low-income eligible families. The program is from September May, Monday-Thursday, 8:30 am-12:00pm. Enroll by filling out an Application and return it to 12840 Mouth of Smith River Rd. Smith River, CA 95567.
