The following will be needed in your child's file for the school yearMust be three (3) years old or four (4) years old on or before September 30.Must have child's certified birth certificate.Must have child's Social Security Card.Must have child's current Shot Record from the Health Unit or physician.Official diagnosed disability information(if applicable)IEP or Early Steps documentation if applicableCourt orders or legal documentation of guardianship (if applicable)Must have Proof of Income (TANF, Child Support, W-2, SSI Income or your Check Stub)

We have just moved to Sulphur and im wanting to register my child for pre k. she is 3 years old. so I am wondering what I need to do and where I need to go.
