Head Start Program Details, hours, photos, information: Jasper County Preschool

Preschool Registration March 14th- 9:00 AM to 12:00PMMarch 16h-20th- 9:00 AM to 2:00PM Preschool is for children who will be three (3) or four (4) years old on or before September 1, 2009 . Documents needed to register for Preschool (Head Start or Pre-K) Birth Certificate Immunization Certificate (Form 3231) Social Security Card Proof of Income (example: 4 Pay Stubs2008 Tax Return or proof of TANF) Insurance, Medicaid, or Peach Care Numbers Proof of Residency (Lease, Letter from shelter or employer or utility bill)** Please do not bring Telephone Bills**(Please note that the three year old program is Head Start onlyand is based on the family meeting certain requirements) *A complete program is available for children with learning problems and disabilities*
