Head Start Program Details, hours, photos, information: Jeannette Child Development Center

Enrollment The Family Resource Department of the agency is responsible for processing enrollment applications, determining eligibility of children, child placement, and providing support to families. Eligibility and family resource needs are confidential matters discussed on a one-to-one basis with Family Resource Specialist. An initial visit with the Family Services Specialist and other appropriate staff, when necessary, gives parents a chance to discuss our programs and services and complete required enrollment paperwork. If you are interested in enrollment into one of our programs, download a copy of our childcare application, and fax or mail it to our main office. The enrollment form will require Microsoft Word. If you do not have Microsoft Word, please download the free Word viewer from Microsoft. A Family Resource Specialist will contact you upon receipt of the completed application.
