Head Start Program Details, hours, photos, information: Livingston Head Start Center - SCO

The mission of sumter county opportunity, inc. is to reduce the effects of poverty on low-income children and to provide high-quality preschool comprehensive services to children and families.

In general, eligibility is based on family income at or below the poverty level.

Families with other situations including homelessness, and children in foster care, or receiving SSI or TANF also are eligible.

You must apply to a Head Start or Early Head Start program in your community, closest to where you live or at their headquarters at 714 Country Club Road, Livingston, AL 35470.

They will also tell you what documents you should bring with you to apply.
