Community Action Agency of South Alabamas Head Start Program promotes school readiness through partnerships which engage children and families in the provision of comprehensive, individualized services that fosters growth and development.
Their Agency operates a full day (8:30 a.m. 2:30 p.m.) licensed Head Start Program.
They are open five days per week (September May) for all centers except Coffeeville that is open from (September July).
Head Start children must turn 3 on or before September 2nd. Apply in person at your local Head Start Center.

We recently received custody of our grandson whom is three. We are looking for a program where he can begin learning,,reading and socializing with other kids. I’m retired and my husband is on disability, whatos the cost of this program? I know many programs are free.
