Franklin-Vance-Warren Opportunity, Inc., Head Start is accepting applications for enrollment in Franklin, Vance, Warren, and Granville counties for the 2009-2010 Program Year.If you have a child age 3 by August 31, 2009, and would like the apply for the upcoming program year, now is the time to do so. Parents of children with special needs are encouraged to apply. Provide us with the following:*Verification of income 2009*A copy of your child's shot record*A copy of your child's medical card*Proof of child's birth (copy of birth certificate, health record, etc.)*Each family member's social security numberFor more information please contact Sara Rudolph the Head Start Director.Head Start Annual Report 2009-2010
