Head Start Program Details, hours, photos, information: A. A. Dixon EHS - CAPC

Community action program committee, inc. (CAPC) operates Head Start/Early Head Start centers throughout Pensacola.

To be eligible for Head Start, families must qualify according to income guidelines (issued by the Department of Health and Human Services) or have a child with a diagnosed disability.

These children are provided special services that address their individual needs.

To enroll in Head Start or Early Head Start, bring the following information to register:

• Completed Application
• Childs Birth Certificate (The Child must be 3 or 4 years old on or before September 1st.)
• Childs Social Security Card
• Childs Health Insurance Card
• Documentation of Residency
• Documentation of Family Income (2 most recent Paycheck Stubs)
• Documentation of Public Assistance (SSI, TANF, Housing, Food Stamps, Medicaid)
• Disability Documentation (Recommended but NOT required).
