Ages served: 3-5 year oldsCatholic Charities ProgramsCatholic Charities Head Start and Early Head Start programs
Catholic Charities of Baltimore City Head Start: Serves 670 children in center-based services in 15 sites in Baltimore City
Carroll County HS/EHS:
- Serves 184 Children (119 Head Start, 64 EHS) in 3 sites
Harford County EHS:
- Serves 52 children and pregnant women in two sitesCatholic Charities offers a wide range of human services and our HS/EHS programs integrate with many of them, enabling us to leverage existing resources to support their HS/EHS families.
Their Head Start consultation service offers behavioral consultation and mental health referral services to children and families participating in Head Start locations in Baltimore City, Baltimore, Harford, and Carroll Counties.
These programs also work closely with our HS/EHS programs:

- Health Services
- Schools
- Psychiatric Rehabilitation/ Behavior Support
