Head Start Program Details, hours, photos, information: Rochester Center Head Start/ECEAP

The Early Learning programs offer part day part year, full day full year, and school day options. All centers provide a meal and a snack as appropriate; with most centers offering bus transportation, serves only low-income families.

Hours of Operation:
 
Office Hours
Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm
 
Morning Head Start Class
Tuesday - Friday from 8:30am to 12:00pm
 
Midday Class
Tuesday - Friday from 10am to 1:30pm
 
Afternoon Head Start Class
 Tuesday - Friday from 12:00pm to 3:30pm
