    Enrollment is year-round. There is a $50.00 initial and annual registration fee.To register, please bring in a completed ELC Application, your child's birth certificate and immunization records.Program News and Updates:None at this time.. Applications are also available at 1618 D Ave. and 2918 Commercial Ave.Please submit all complete applications (along with required paperwork) to: 1618 D Ave., Anacortes, WAIf you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call us or stop by!
