Do you have any experience with the office personnel? How were they?
The office members are kind but do not help at all and will frequently leave you without daycare.

I have had students at both the Gosnell and Linda Vista locations. Linda Vista was a dream, working with Gosnell has been a constant nightmare, last second closures lasting weeks or days on end, telling you as your dropping your child off they cant stay unless you get multiple pieces of paperwork signed, if you get them signed they will say its too late to drop them off. Because of their excessively long time they seem to not like to have actual children at their center. I have asked them to work with me multiple times to no avail, it is clear they truly do not care about single parents or actually providing a decent daycare center. On the other hand, I have no complaints about the teachers, they are all very sweet. Flor in the office is kind and clearly trying; everyone else has been significantly less than helpful.
