Ways your child could Qualify for the Early Head Start Full-Day/Full-Year Program Must have an infant or toddler that is younger than 3 years of age before October 1st (AND) You are eligible to receive Child Care Subsidy (OR) You are a K-TAP recipient (AND) You are attending school or,You are in job training or, You are currently working.Ways a Pregnant Mother could qualify for Early Head Start Services. Have an established pregnancy Consideration given for circumstances including income, current trimester and potential health risk, but not limited to the above To apply you will need: Income verification Child's birth verification Child's social security number
