Episcopal Community Services (ECS) has Head Start centers in Chula Vista, Imperial Beach, National City, San Diego and San Ysidro. If you are interested in enrolling you can call or walk-in to the center nearest you or email us at E2@ecscalifornia.org.

When is the enrollment period?
You can apply throughout the year but there is a waiting list. It is dependent on your needs and if there is space available.

Do you have any experience with the office personnel? How were they?
Most of the workers here are friendly and approachable. But parent need to understand that it's a school not a daycare service.

Yes, ECS service and Head Start are free but you have to apply.
