Your family situation will be assessed based on federal guidelines and you will be assigned a ranking based on that assessment. Children's Learning Center has been very successful in keeping waiting lists down to a minimum so that services are rendered to families in need as quickly as possible.How much does it cost?Early Head Start and Head Start are provided at no charge to the family.Does my child have to speak English?No, your child does not have to speak English at enrollment.
