Head Start Program Details, hours, photos, information: Wrangell - Tlingit & Haida Head Start

Tlingit & Haida manage several Head Start Centers.

The eligibility requirements are that the child must turn 3 on or before September 1st, an application must be submitted with the following documentation:

They serve the communities of

• Angoon
• Craig
• Hoonah
• Juneau
• Klawock
• Petersburg
• Saxman
• Sitka
• Wrangell
• Yakutat.

They accept applications year round.

However, it is our goal to be fully enrolled by the first day of school in the communities they serve.

Usually that is the day after Labor Day.
